Posting #3 (estate planning in CA)

Kevin L. Von Tungeln, of Thompson Von Tungeln (www.TVTtrustlaw.com), A P.C., a Lancaster, CA firm, seeks an independent contractor with experience (preferred) in estate planning.

Flexible work schedule.
No set hours.
No billable hour requirement.
Most of the work can be done from home (assuming your computer has broadband Internet access).

A flat, pre set fee for pretty much every project, most of which would be estate planning. The amount of the fee has not been set, and could evolve over time. Most projects would have a deadline around 2 to 3 weeks after being given to you. Most estate plans take My partner or I about 4 to 5 hours to complete. In house training would be required. Transition to full time practice would most certainly be an option.
